Beers Timber & Building Supplies is the North-West of England's Leading Supplier of Timber and Building Materials.

• All delivery and lead times are quoted in working days (Monday to Friday), excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays. Whilst we do deliver on a Saturday, we operate a shorter delivery schedule and fewer vehicles on this day, and so cannot guarantee delivery on this day.
• Delivery price and availability will vary depending on stock availability, order value and delivery location.
• Next working day delivery is available on many items to delivery locations near to our depots. Please note this is only available until 2PM via web ordering and orders placed after this time will be . For example:
   
     An order placed at 1:59pm on Thursday for next working day delivery, will be eligible for delivery on Friday.
     An order placed at 2:01pm on Thursday for next working day delivery, will be eligible for delivery on Monday*
     *Delivery may still take place on Friday, or even Saturday, but cannot be guaranteed.
   
• If you require delivery sooner our depots can sometimes offer next day delivery after this and occasionally even a same day service. If you need delivery that quickly please contact your nearest branch to discuss availability rather than order online.
• Please be aware that we have delivery restrictions by postcode, and some postcodes may be subject to longer lead times depending on proximity to the nearest branch.
• Every effort is made to ensure stock and delivery availability is correct on our website. If there is an issue with the products or delivery date our team will contact you ASAP to try find the best possible solution.
• Orders over £50 ex.VAT (£60 inc.VAT) will qualify for FREE delivery in our most common delivery locations. For locations further away, our minimum for free delivery is either £100 ex.VAT (£120 inc.VAT) or £200 ex.VAT (£240 inc.VAT. Delivery options for your particular order are calculated during checkout. • Once your delivery is booked in, a delivery confirmation will be sent to your email address to confirm the exact delivery date. Please ensure you are in for the full day of your delivery. If you are not in for your delivery we reserve the right to charge you the costs of a re-delivery.
• Most deliveries are via large HGV trucks with crane offload facilities. If you consider access for this type of vehicle to be problematic or if there are any other unusual and/or difficult access requirements to your site, then please let us know as soon as possible. We have smaller vehicles in our fleet that may be suitable if notified in advance of any potential problems.
• As a North-West England based merchant, we will deliver most goods to the following postcode areas:
