Click & Collect Information

When placing a Click & Collect order, please choose your nearest branch: Liverpool (L5), Liverpool (L1), Bromborough (Wirral), Heswall (Wirral), Birkenhead (Wirral), Wythenshawe (Manchester) or Warrington.

  • Collection timeslots can usually be selected from 5 working hours of the time the order is placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • Subject to stock availability, we aim to ensure that Click & Collect orders are available for collection from the nominated branch at the time requested during the ordering stage. However, this may not always be feasable.
  • Please note, that whilst items may be shown as 'IN STOCK', they may need to be transferred from one branch to another to facilitate Click & Collect. This may lead to a longer lead times.
  • When your order is placed, your local branch will contact you to confirm the goods are ready to collect. Please do not attempt to collect your goods until you have received this notification, as we cannot guarantee your goods will be available until this confirmation is sent.
  • When collecting, please have your order reference to hand - without this information we may not be able to supply the goods.
  • Goods must be signed for upon collection.
  • We will hold goods for at least 1 full working day from the confirmed collection time. Following this, we reserve the right to restock the goods, which may lead to delays when later collecting.
  • If goods are not collected within 5 working days from the confirmed collection time, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
