Everbuild Everflex 115 Contract GP (General Purpose) Building Mastic is an oil-based compound intended for general pointing and sealing of many joints in traditional forms of construction. This general purpose mastic provides an effective weatherproof seal that is overpaintable and adheres to most common surfaces including brick, wood, metals and glass. Typically used to seal composite sectional panels and low movement vertical joints, the high solids forumlation of this contract building mastic has excellent gap filling properties. Once dry the weatherproof seal remains in a semi-dry state and remains permanently plastic beneath the surface skin. As a result Everflex 115 is ideal for perimeter pointing and both internal and external door or window suround pointing or sealing.
