Just a quick email today to update the contact details and services available at all branches as we continue our reopening. All depots are answering calls on the numbers below but unfortunately it can be hard to get through at times. We have an unprecedented level of calls to handle due to calls for all collect business on top of deliveries, essentially doubling the call volume. This is on top of some staff not being able to return due to 12 week stay at home advice. Please bear with us, we are doing all we can and it will continue to improve as we move forward.


All areas are now offering deliveries for orders of £200+VAT or more. Collect is available at most branches.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL COLLECTIONS MUST BE BOOKED BY PHONE WITH THE RELEVANT DEPOT IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL.

The resumption of these services is subject to a number of conditions. These conditions are in place to protect the safety of our staff and customers, alike. These are the same as previous updates, but please read below before placing an order if you have not been back to us yet.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, any customer collecting goods MUST abide by the procedures that have been put in place and respect social distancing guidelines.

COLLECTIONS
Collections MUST be pre-booked, and customers should not turn up at the store until advised by a member of our team.
We will be limiting the number of customers allowed on site at any one time
Segregated collection points & a one-way system are now in place.
We would ask any customers collecting goods to respect these systems and also to maintain the 2m distancing from other customers and our staff at ALL times.

DELIVERIES
Due to current availability of both staff & vehicles, the delivery service we can currently offer is unfortunately reduced.
Delivery notes will be emailed in advance of your delivery.
Our driver(s) will have no contact with customers. They will make their presence known, drop the goods safely, and leave.
Any discrepancies between goods received and your emailed paperwork MUST be raised within 24hrs of receipt. If no query is raised, we will take this as acceptance of the delivery in good order, and consider this document your Proof of Delivery (If required in the future). If you cannot accept this, or do not wish to, then we will be unable to deliver to you at this time, and you will have to collect your materials.

CASH CUSTOMERS
Both collection & delivery options will be available, but payment will only be accepted by Credit or Debit Card – NO CASH transactions.
Deliveries MUST be to the registered card holders address if pre-paid over the phone, or if paid in-store using Chip&Pin prior, we can deliver to an alternate address.
Collections MUST be paid for in-store using Chip&Pin - NO CASH.
Invoices & Receipts (if required) will be emailed.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Every effort has been made to ensure that stock availability is to the level that you have come to expect from Beers, however due to factors beyond our control some of our stocks may be subject to longer lead times, or restricted supply. We will be continuing to work to maintain these levels, but please be aware that some items may not be immediately available.

These systems and procedures may be subject to change as the current situation develops, and we implement similar safety measures into other stores, allowing them to open. We will keep you abreast of any changes via email, our website, and our social media platforms.
