In our Warrington-based Sawmill, we are able to accurately reproduce a vast range of moulding profiles.
If we don't have cutting blades for the requested profile, our skilled staff are able to manufacture them in our on-site Toolshop.
Blades upto 100mm, with 35mm maximum depth of cut, can be produced.

No minimum machined quantities (although bear-in-mind small quantities can be costly!

If you require a Standard Beers Stock Profile, machined in hardwood,
and you are not working to specific operational deadlines.
We are able to produce your order on the back of our stock run.
As a result, set-up times are reduced, and overheads minimised, therefore making your job even more affordable, BUT, only if you can wait!.

Vast stock are also stored at our Sawmill for distribution to our North-West Depots At Beers Timber & Building Supplies Ltd., we operate our own sawmill & milling facility. This has allowed us for many years to produce our own machined timber products, and to ensure the quality for YOU, the customer.
Within the 1750m2 premises we utilise Weining Moulders, with state of the art 'built-in' jointing systems allowing high speed production, while maintaining that 'smooth as glass' finish to which you have become accustomed.

Alongside the Weinig's, we operate numerous other high spec machines, including Panel Saws, Resaws, Spindle Moulders, and thicknessers (allowing us to effectively and efficiently complete a vast array of woodworking tasks). All of the tooling for the Mill facility is also carried out onsite by our own skilled staff.

We carry a large selection of joinery Redwoods, and in-house Machined PAR's, and mouldings, including architraves, skirtings and joinery sections. We also carry a wide range of sawn Hardwoods, including Meranti, Sapele, Oak, Ash, Maple & Beech, in varoius sections. We are also able to competitively source other more unusual hardwoods. Sideloaders are used to move stock into and out of our Mill From our Warrington-based sawmill we are able to provide a wide range of bespoke products and services at the request of the customer, including:

Bespoke Milling Service -
Our State-ot-the-Art milling facilities enable us to quickly, accurately and competitively produce many profiles in softwood or hardwood to exactly match your specifications. Whether you are looking for contemporary skirtings, Period or retro architraves or any other detailed decorative mouldings, if we cannot find matching cutter blades in our extensive archive, we will produce the blades in-house and machine the moulding for you.

Original Profile Matching -
If you have a profile pattern that you require cutting for your own bespke project, or you have a sample of a timber that you need to match into an existing (usually older) building, then our Profile Matching Service will accurately reproduce either for you, in the species and quantity of timber that you require.

Jointing Service -
Having finished your timbers, if required, we are also able to joint them onsite to produce worktops/bar tops. The boards are then heavily glued are clamped, to secure the bond. Once set, the face surface(s) are resanded to produce a surface ready to stain, wax, or oil. This service has been extremely popular with many of our shopfitting clients.
