The New Reclaimers

Beers Timber & Building Supplies Ltd have now had confirmation of the transmission dates for The New Reclaimers - A home makeover series on UKTV Home, to which Beers donated a quantity of materials, earlier this year.
The TV crew from, producers, Tern TV filmed over two afternoons, in our Liverpool and Eastham branches.
For anybody interested in watching, the series will be on from Monday 5th - Friday 9th September 2011 at 12pm & 9pm.
Beers Timber & Building Supplies Ltd, are proud to have supported The New Reclaimers series, exclusive to the TV channel Home (Virgin 265, Sky 246).

MBS opens at Beers Eastham

 MBS Ltd, Mersyside's leading supplier of professional tool, workwear and safety requirements, have opened a shop within Beers' Eastham Depot.
To help launch their new bathroom showroom, they are having a 'Meet the Experts' Day on Thursday 14th July.
Between 9am - 2pm, representatives from Festool, Fein, Milwaukee, Irwin & Dewalt will be available to chat and advise customers on their products.
These events are always busy, so dont leave it till the last minute to call in.

Following the success of Last year's 'Garden Makeover Days', you will be please to hear that they are back for 2011.
Bigger and Better than ever, with many special offers available on each day.

During March and April Beers is organising several "Garden Makeover Days", so why not call in and speak exclusively to our staff about plans for your garden deck or creating a patio feature. Support The Wolves at Wembley

Challenge Cup Holders, the WARRINGTON WOLVES displayed The Challenge Cup at our Warrington Depot, as part of their 3-day tour of the local Area.
Staff and customers of Beers Timber and Building Supplies were given the opportunity to see the trophy Close-up, and have photographs taken with the Cup. Several of the staff at our Warrington Branch are Warrington Wolves fans, and will be supporting the team at Wembley on Saturday 28th August, as The Wolves bid to defend their title against Leeds Rhinos.
Beers would like to thanks Warrington Wolves for this opportunity, and wish the Team the very best of luck at Wembley, next weekend.

Beat the Big Freeze

With the on set of some of the worst winter weather conditions for many years, the UK as a whole has been hit hard.
Icy conditions on the roads, and under-foot generally, have been treaturous.
Worst still, supplies of rock salt have been scarse.
At Beers we have been able to source a white salt/grit mix, which is available at all four depots.
We are receiving loads on a regular basis, but please call your local depot for availability as stock is moving fast.

Merry Christmas From Beers

Beers Timber & Building Supplies will be closed for business over the Christmas Period. We finish on Wednesday 23rd December 2009, at 5:00pm
and re-open on Monday 4th January 2010, at 7:30am.

Beers Sponsor Eco Initiative

Neston High School in Raby Park Road, Neston ,Cheshire recently opened a new outdoor classroom sponsored by Beers Timber & Building Supplies. The seating for the classroom is made from railway sleepers purchased from the local Beers depot in Heswall.
To mark the event pupils from local primary schools took part in an Eco-picnic before taking part in a round of activities ranging from building bird boxes with the Cheshire Rangers, worm charming, eco-art and visiting birds of prey courtesy of Rockcliffe Raptors.
